I called for an appointment for a day the set me right away for the day I wanted when I got there they took my car right in. I keep asking questions and was told they would check it out. When I got my report on my tires on the app I was by the parked department. I asked the guy if he could tell me what it meant he got the I formation and told and showed me. Everyone was so nice and helpful to me. That is why I keep coming back. Thank you for the great service that I get!!

I have had my traverse in two times to have the AC fixed, first time they said no leaks and charged the system, two weeks later the system is flat again, brought it back to them, replaced the rear evaporator. 4 weeks later the system is flat again. Next appointment is 9/5/24 not 9/3/24.

Always good service - but it seems to take a very long time - I���ve never had an oil change that���s taken less than 2 hours - I appreciate that the work is done right but that���s a long time - I���ve had oil changes take up to 3-4 hours in the past

My tahoe was there a month. The 1st lady helping me was not the best. After a week i asked for the service manager & she put someone named gage on the line. I later found out gage was not the service manager but he did a great job communicating with me. The 1st lady did not take my warranty information & mislead me to believe the 1st thing that was fixed was covered by my warranty. Regardless Gage got the process moving along. I greatly appreciate his honesty & communication.

We waited over 2 hours for an oil change. We had an appointment. No updates, nothing. We just moved to Manhattan, and so far I���m not impressed with the service.
