I feel like we were overcharged for our service and the liftgate does not work like it should or did. The price for the parts were higher than I could have purchased at an auto parts store. The fellow at the service desk stated to me that the part would have to be an aftermarket part as GM doesn't make that part anymore. I priced the part at two different auto parts store and they both came in at half the cost of what we were charged at your dealership. Everybody I came in contact with were very friendly and cordial but I don't think we will be back.
