Confirmed Service Customer
I brought the truck in for an oil change and recall/updates. I told the sales rep I was going to wait for it in the waiting area. 3 hours in I thought I might have saw the truck pull out but there were multiple black trucks in for service. Another hour later i watched no trucks leave the shop.I get a phone call while in the waiting room saying my truck was ready. Your service department had me waiting an extra hour on Christmas eve for no reason.
