Your service team is great, I believed I had one thing wrong with my car based on symptoms , but they dug in there and found the real cause of my problems which turned out to be a wiring issue . I am so glad they were there for me and my Chevy HHR.

i dropped my car off on wednesday, asked about a loner vehicle as i live 5 miles from my work. they told me they didn't have one. im guessing because i did not buy my vehicle from them. they called to tell me my car would be ready monday. when i called, not them calling me monday i found out my car would not be ready until tuesday. when i call tuesday they told me 2pm i showed up at 3 pm. they told me my car was ready so i stood out front in the heat and waited 30 min. when i went back in to ask about it i seen the car in the back with the hood up. when they finally arrived with my car it still had a check engine light, i'll have to come back for them to finish fixing the car but it's ok to drive ...it's still leaking oil and smells awful. i'm not sure if this is the usual way they do business but if there was another option i would take it.

Service advisor looked disheveled and was not friendly. I had made my appointment online. When I made the appointment, I had clicked on your special for $70 oil change and tire rotation. When I returned to pay for service, I was charged $88. When I questioned the charges, I was told I had to pay tax. I understand that but tax on $70 is not $18. If you are going to offer specials online, you need to honor them without having to jump through a bunch of hoops. I used your dealership as they were able to get me in on short notice. I think I understand why you had availability now with the poor service I received. In conclusion, you need to raise the level of professionalism in your service drive. I worked for a Chevy dealership for 10 years. I know what a properly functioning service drive looks like and yours falls far short of that.

I dropped off my car for an oil change and my tires to be rotated. This time I didn’t wait for my car but a friend and I went on for a late lunch. While we were finishing lunch they called and told my my car was ready. I picked it up and I got my military Discount with the coupon that I had. That took some money off my bill. They did a great job on get my car done for me in very good time. Thank you

Awesome. Joseph Baumgartner and Tom Jones in the Finance Dept. were great. Also, the GM Financial Rep from Olathe gets a 10 too. The other employees on werethat were working were also very helpful when I turned in my leased Chevy Trax and when I purchased the same vehicle a week later.
