Enjoyed working with Isaac! He's Very knowledgeable, helpful & personable! All personnel I interacted with, put me at ease and were helpful as well, with the entire process of purchasing my new vehicle.

My daughter brought her car in to see why it was only blowing hot air through the ac/heat system. I had already determined that the blend doors were not being moved by the control cable. I could move the door with my finger with no resistance. the Tech took two hours to diagnoze the issue and stated it will take $900 to repair. I can buy the GM part for $139 or a aftermarket for $90. I will replace it my self and avoid the Three hour labor estimate. I was not impressed with the run around when I called to ask questions. I will follow up with management later..

Second time in for tire sensors - 2 were replaced but sensor keeps coming on - keep saying it���s due to outside temp , never had this problem in past years - something else is wrong and still not fixed

I brought the truck in for an oil change and recall/updates. I told the sales rep I was going to wait for it in the waiting area. 3 hours in I thought I might have saw the truck pull out but there were multiple black trucks in for service. Another hour later i watched no trucks leave the shop.I get a phone call while in the waiting room saying my truck was ready. Your service department had me waiting an extra hour on Christmas eve for no reason.

Young was our sales representative, due to the long wait process of receiving the vehicle, she was very attentive to communication so we knew what to expect and when to expect it. This allows us to make the decisions needed with ample time and planning before receipt of the vehicle. Being in sales myself, I value communication, this should be a standard in the Murdock system
